- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced

Instructions
- In a large pan over medium-high heat, heat the vegetable oil.
- Add the sliced chicken and sauté until it is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the minced garlic and ginger, mixing for about a minute until fragrant.

- Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and black pepper, mixing well.
- Allow it to cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to let the flavors meld together.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
