Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded green cabbage, purple cabbage, grated carrots, diced red bell pepper, and sliced green onion.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and pepper. Include celery seed if you desire.
  3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture, tossing everything until coated evenly.
  4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
