- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- White rice, for serving
- Potato sticks, for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté until onion is translucent.
- Add cubed chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato paste, salt, and pepper.
- Lower the heat and add heavy cream, stirring until well combined.
- Let it simmer for about 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Serve the Chicken Stroganoff over white rice and garnish with crispy potato sticks.

For a vegetarian option, substitute the chicken with sautéed vegetables. Customize the sauce by adding lemon juice for tang or chili flakes for spice.
