Ingredients

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • White rice, for serving
  • Potato sticks, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté until onion is translucent.
  3. Add cubed chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato paste, salt, and pepper.
  5. Lower the heat and add heavy cream, stirring until well combined.
  6. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  7. Serve the Chicken Stroganoff over white rice and garnish with crispy potato sticks.

Notes
