Sweet-and-savory bites of Little Smokies wrapped in crispy bacon and caramelized brown sugar, perfect for parties and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of Little Smokies sausages
  • 10 slices of bacon, cut into thirds
  • 1 cup of brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Wrap each Little Smokies sausage in a piece of bacon, securing it with a toothpick.
  3. Mix your brown sugar with black pepper and garlic powder, if using.
  4. Roll each bacon-wrapped sausage in the brown sugar mixture until fully coated.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the wrapped sausages on it.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and caramelized.
  7. Serve warm and watch them disappear!

Notes

You can substitute turkey bacon for a lighter option or even use turkey or chicken sausage for a healthier twist.
