- 1 package of Little Smokies sausages
- 10 slices of bacon, cut into thirds
- 1 cup of brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Wrap each Little Smokies sausage in a piece of bacon, securing it with a toothpick.
- Mix your brown sugar with black pepper and garlic powder, if using.
- Roll each bacon-wrapped sausage in the brown sugar mixture until fully coated.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the wrapped sausages on it.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and caramelized.
- Serve warm and watch them disappear!
Notes
You can substitute turkey bacon for a lighter option or even use turkey or chicken sausage for a healthier twist.
