- 1 box of brownie mix
- 1/4 cup of vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup of chocolate chips (optional)
- 1/4 cup of nuts (optional)
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, vegetable oil, and eggs. Stir until well blended.
- Optionally, fold in chocolate chips and nuts for added texture.
- Drop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto a lined baking sheet, leaving space between each.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are slightly firm.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to finish cooling.
Notes
Store cookies in an airtight container. They can also be refrigerated or frozen for longer shelf life.
