Ingredients

  • 1 box of brownie mix
  • 1/4 cup of vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup of chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1/4 cup of nuts (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, vegetable oil, and eggs. Stir until well blended.
  3. Optionally, fold in chocolate chips and nuts for added texture.
  4. Drop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto a lined baking sheet, leaving space between each.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are slightly firm.
  6. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to finish cooling.

Notes

Store cookies in an airtight container. They can also be refrigerated or frozen for longer shelf life.
