Description

A delicious and simple Bruschetta Dip made with creamy cheese, fresh tomatoes, and basil, perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 (6.5 oz) Alouette Cheese with herbs (or any soft cheese spread like Boursin)
  • ½ cup tomatoes, chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette glaze or reduction
  • Pita chips, crackers, or a thinly sliced baguette

Instructions

  1. Spread the soft cheese evenly over the center of a large plate or small platter, leaving about a 1/4 inch around the edge clean.
  2. Evenly sprinkle and spread the chopped tomatoes over the cheese.
  3. Add the fresh basil on top.
  4. Drizzle the balsamic glaze back and forth over the entire plate.

Notes

Best served with crispy pita chips or colorful crackers. Can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
