Description

A creamy, tomato-infused dip combining soft cheese with fresh basil and tangy balsamic glaze, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 6.5 oz Alouette Cheese with herbs (or your favorite soft cheese spread like Boursin)
  • ½ cup tomatoes, chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette glaze
  • Pita chips, crackers, or thinly sliced baguette for serving

Instructions

  1. Spread the soft cheese evenly over the center of a large plate or a small platter, leaving about a 1/4 inch clean around the edge.
  2. Evenly sprinkle and spread the chopped tomatoes over the cheese layer.
  3. Add the fresh basil on top of the tomatoes.
  4. Drizzle the balsamic glaze back and forth over the entire plate.
  5. Serve immediately with pita chips, crackers, or spread onto thin slices of baguette.

Notes

Bruschetta Dip is best enjoyed fresh. Garnish with a sprig of fresh basil or extra tomato slices.
