Description

Crispy, cheesy Buffalo Chicken Bacon Mozzarella Bombs packed with bold flavors, perfect for game day or casual celebrations.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz Mozzarella Cheese (cut into cubes)
  • 6 slices Cooked Bacon (crumbled)
  • 1 lb Ground Chicken (or substitute with ground turkey or lean beef)
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo Sauce (adjust based on spice tolerance)
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Plain Flour
  • 2 large Eggs (beaten)
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs (Panko or Regular)
  • 2 cups Vegetable Oil or Canola Oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. Mix ground chicken, crumbled bacon, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl until well combined.
  2. Take a small amount of the mixture, flatten it, place a mozzarella cube in the center, and mold the chicken mixture around it to form a ball.
  3. Repeat until all filling is used.
  4. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs in separate bowls.
  5. Roll each bomb in flour, dip in egg, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  6. Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium heat and fry the bombs in batches for 4-5 minutes until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  7. Serve hot with extra buffalo sauce on the side.

Notes

Double fry for extra crunch, and customize with different hot sauces or cheese variations.
