- 8 oz Mozzarella Cheese (cut into cubes)
- 6 slices Cooked Bacon (crumbled)
- 1 lb Ground Chicken (or substitute with ground turkey or lean beef)
- 1/2 cup Buffalo Sauce (adjust based on spice tolerance)
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 cup Plain Flour
- 2 large Eggs (beaten)
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs (Panko or Regular)
- 2 cups Vegetable Oil or Canola Oil (for frying)
Instructions
- Mix ground chicken, crumbled bacon, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl until well combined.
- Take a small amount of the mixture, flatten it, place a mozzarella cube in the center, and mold the chicken mixture around it to form a ball.
- Repeat until all filling is used.
- Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs in separate bowls.
- Roll each bomb in flour, dip in egg, and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium heat and fry the bombs in batches for 4-5 minutes until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with extra buffalo sauce on the side.
Notes
Double fry for extra crunch, and customize with different hot sauces or cheese variations.
