Description
Buffalo Chicken Bacon Mozzarella Bombs are the ultimate crowd-pleaser, featuring ground chicken, buffalo sauce, gooey mozzarella, and crispy bacon, all in a crunchy coating.
Ingredients
Scale
- 8 oz Mozzarella Cheese (cut into cubes)
- 6 slices Cooked Bacon (crumbled)
- 1 lb Ground Chicken
- 1/2 cup Buffalo Sauce
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 cup Plain Flour
- 2 large Eggs (beaten)
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs (Panko or regular)
- 2 cups Vegetable Oil or Canola Oil (for frying)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the ground chicken, crumbled bacon, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Take a small amount of the mixture and flatten it in your hands. Place a mozzarella cube in the center and form the meat around it, shaping it into a ball.
- Set up your breading station with three bowls—one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one for breadcrumbs.
- Dip each ball into the flour, then the egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- In a large pan, heat the vegetable or canola oil over medium heat.
- Once the oil is hot, carefully add the bombs—fry until golden brown on all sides.
- Remove them and let them drain on paper towels.
- Serve your Buffalo Chicken Bacon Mozzarella Bombs hot and fresh!
