  • Total Time: 195 minutes
  • Yield: 8 servings 1x
  • Diet: Gluten-Free

Description

The ultimate creamy and spicy dip combining shredded chicken with zesty buffalo sauce and cream cheese, perfect for game days and gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie chicken works great!)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing. Stir until everything is well mixed.
  2. Cook on low for about 120-180 minutes, stirring occasionally to ensure it heats evenly.
  3. About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and chopped green onions.
  4. Serve warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crackers.

Notes

For a healthier version, substitute shredded chicken with shredded jackfruit for a vegetarian take.
