Description

A creamy and spicy dip that’s perfect for game days and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken (preferably rotisserie)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Optional: Chopped green onions or crumbled blue cheese for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture evenly into a greased 9-inch by 9-inch baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese on top.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with chopped green onions or crumbled blue cheese, if desired.
  7. Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, celery sticks, or carrot sticks.

Notes

Customize the spice level by adjusting the buffalo sauce. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
