Description

Ingredients

  • Wonton wrappers
  • Shredded chicken (cooked and shredded)
  • Cream cheese
  • Buffalo sauce
  • Green onions (optional)
  • Oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. Combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, and buffalo sauce in a mixing bowl until blended.
  2. Place 1-2 teaspoons of the mixture in the center of a wonton wrapper.
  3. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, then fold over to make a triangle and seal securely.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the rangoons in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. Remove them from the oil and drain on paper towels. Serve hot, garnished with green onions if desired.

Notes

For best results, use rotisserie chicken to save time. Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
