Delightful cheesecake bars made with cream cheese, caramel, and topped with crushed Butterfinger candy for a sweet treat.

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzling)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped to stiff peaks
- 4 Butterfinger candy bars, crushed
- Whipped cream for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until well combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a parchment-lined 8×8-inch pan. Refrigerate while you prepare the filling.
- Beat the softened cream cheese, caramel sauce, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped cream until fully combined and light in texture.
- Spread the cheesecake filling over the chilled crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Sprinkle the crushed Butterfinger candy bars over the filling, pressing them in slightly.
- Drizzle additional caramel sauce on top if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until fully set.
- Slice into bars and garnish with whipped cream if desired. Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
For a sweeter touch, add a pinch of sea salt to the caramel sauce. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
