 - Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
 - Gently flatten each ball with your fingers and use a fork to create a crosshatch pattern on top.
 - Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until the edges turn lightly golden.
 - Transfer to a wire rack and allow to cool before indulging.
