Instructions
- In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat.
- Add the onion, carrots, and celery. Sauté until tender, about 5 minutes.

- Add the chopped cabbage, broth, and diced tomatoes to the pot.
- Bring everything to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 30-40 minutes.
