A flavorful and creamy Cajun Chicken Pasta that’s perfect for weeknight dinners or special occasions.
Ingredients

- 2 Chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 8 oz pasta (fettuccine or penne)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Boil water and cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes on each side. Remove from the skillet and slice.
- In the same skillet, add diced onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic. Sauté until the vegetables are soft.
- Pour in heavy cream, stirring well to combine. Simmer and thicken slightly for about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the cooked pasta and sliced chicken back into the skillet, mixing everything together. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Plate while hot, garnishing with freshly chopped parsley.
Notes
Serve with garlic bread or a green salad for a complete meal. For extra kick, add a dash of hot sauce.
