Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Hamburger buns
  • Pickles (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onion and bell pepper. Sauté until soft, about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Add ground chicken. Cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  5. Sprinkle in Cajun seasoning and mix well.
  6. Stir in ketchup and Worcestershire sauce.
  7. Simmer for 5-10 minutes, adding salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve the chicken mixture on hamburger buns, topped with pickles if desired.
