Instructions
- Preheat your skillet over medium heat.
- Season the salmon fillets with Cajun seasoning, adding salt and pepper to taste.
- Melt the butter in the skillet, then stir in the honey until combined.
- Cook the salmon skin-side down for 4-5 minutes, then flip and cook for another 4-5 minutes until fully cooked.
- Serve your salmon with fresh lemon juice squeezed over the top.
Notes
For perfect salmon, ensure it’s at room temperature before cooking and pat it dry for a crisp skin. Add crushed red pepper for extra heat if desired.
