Instructions

  3. Melt the butter in the skillet, then stir in the honey until combined.
  4. Cook the salmon skin-side down for 4-5 minutes, then flip and cook for another 4-5 minutes until fully cooked.
  5. Serve your salmon with fresh lemon juice squeezed over the top.

Notes

For perfect salmon, ensure it’s at room temperature before cooking and pat it dry for a crisp skin. Add crushed red pepper for extra heat if desired.
