- 1 lb Cajun-seasoned steak tips
- 8 oz rigatoni pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the rigatoni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the Cajun-seasoned steak tips, cooking until browned and cooked through.
- Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Reduce heat to low and stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth.
- Add the cooked rigatoni and steak back to the skillet, mixing well to coat.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
Feel free to swap the rigatoni for another pasta shape or use a different type of cheese, like cheddar, for a unique twist.
