  • 1 lb Cajun-seasoned steak tips
  • 8 oz rigatoni pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the rigatoni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the Cajun-seasoned steak tips, cooking until browned and cooked through.
  3. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Reduce heat to low and stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth.
  6. Add the cooked rigatoni and steak back to the skillet, mixing well to coat.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
