- 1 can (10.5 oz) of cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1 cup of French fried onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a 1.5-quart casserole dish, mix together the drained green beans, cream of mushroom soup, and milk.
- Stir everything together until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake the mixture for 25 minutes, then sprinkle the French fried onions on top.
- Return it to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the onions are golden brown.
Notes
For a lighter version, swap in low-fat milk or try a homemade cream of mushroom soup.
