- 1 lb kielbasa (smoked sausage), sliced
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce (your choice of flavor)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine brown sugar, barbecue sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder in a large mixing bowl.
- Coat the sliced kielbasa in the mixture until well covered.
- Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
- Arrange the coated kielbasa evenly on the sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until bubbly and caramelized.

Notes
