Instructions

  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl to form your crust.
  3. In a larger mixing bowl, cream together the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Gently fold in diced apples and cinnamon.
