Description

Delicious fusion of creamy cheesecake, sweet caramel, and fruity apples on a buttery graham cracker crust, perfect for fall gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups apples, peeled and chopped (try Granny Smith for a tart bite)
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of the greased dish.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar together until smooth. Add the eggs and vanilla, mixing until well blended.
  4. Fold in the chopped apples and cinnamon carefully to maintain some apple texture. Pour this mixture over the crust.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the center is set.
  6. Once cooled, drizzle with caramel sauce and then cut into bars.
  7. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

For an enhanced experience, top with whipped cream or nuts. These bars can also be frozen for longer storage.
