Description
A delightful combination of fluffy focaccia bread topped with tender caramelized apple slices and a rich drizzle of caramel sauce.

			- 2 cups all-purpose flour
 - 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast
 - 1/2 cup warm water (105°F – 110°F)
 - 1/4 cup sugar
 - 1/4 cup olive oil
 - 1/2 tsp salt
 - 1 apple, peeled and sliced
 - 1 tsp cinnamon
 - 1/4 cup caramel sauce
 - Optional: powdered sugar for dusting
 
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix warm water and yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
 - In a larger bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and olive oil.
 - Stir in the yeast mixture until the dough forms.
 - Knead on a floured surface for 5-10 minutes until smooth.
 - Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise in a warm area for about 1 hour or until it doubles in size.
 - Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
 - Punch down the dough and spread it onto a greased baking sheet.
 - Arrange sliced apples on top and sprinkle with cinnamon.
 - Drizzle caramel sauce over the apples.
 - Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
 - Allow to cool slightly, then serve warm, optionally dusted with powdered sugar.
 
Notes
Can be served with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream for extra indulgence. Store leftovers at room temperature for up to 2 days.
