A rich and creamy Caramel Brownie Cheesecake that combines the fudgy depth of a brownie with smooth cheesecake and a delightful caramel drizzle.

- 1 pre-made brownie mix
- 1 cup cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup caramel sauce (for drizzling)
- 1/2 cup whipped cream (optional)
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions and spread it evenly in the bottom of the pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the brownie is set. Let it cool slightly.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add the eggs one by one, mixing well after each addition, and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the baked brownie layer.
- Bake again for 30-35 minutes, until the cheesecake is firm around the edges but still slightly jiggles in the center.
- Allow it to cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, pour caramel sauce over the top and add whipped cream. Optionally sprinkle with chocolate chips, slice, and enjoy!
Notes
Serve with fresh berries or a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Drizzle with additional caramel sauce for extra indulgence.
