Description

A rich and creamy Caramel Brownie Cheesecake that combines the fudgy depth of a brownie with smooth cheesecake and a delightful caramel drizzle.


Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made brownie mix
  • 1 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup caramel sauce (for drizzling)
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream (optional)
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions and spread it evenly in the bottom of the pan.
  3. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the brownie is set. Let it cool slightly.
  4. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add the eggs one by one, mixing well after each addition, and stir in the vanilla extract.
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the baked brownie layer.
  7. Bake again for 30-35 minutes, until the cheesecake is firm around the edges but still slightly jiggles in the center.
  8. Allow it to cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  9. Before serving, pour caramel sauce over the top and add whipped cream. Optionally sprinkle with chocolate chips, slice, and enjoy!
