Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the thinly sliced onions, sautéing them for about 20-25 minutes until they are beautifully caramelized. Stir occasionally to avoid burning.
- Combine sour cream, cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and the caramelized onions in a separate mixing bowl. Mix until smooth and well blended.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and garnish with chopped chives or parsley.
- Serve alongside chips, crackers, or veggie sticks.
