Ingredients

Instructions
- Grate the carrots and dice the apples.
- Combine everything in a bowl.
- Whisk together the yogurt (or mayonnaise), honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the carrot and apple mixture.
- Toss gently to coat everything evenly.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes for the flavors to meld.
Notes
For a vegan version, substitute honey with maple syrup and yogurt with vegan mayonnaise. Toast nuts for extra flavor.
