- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded or diced
- 2 tablespoons rosemary, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt in a mixing bowl.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and chopped rosemary until well distributed.
- Add the buttermilk gradually, mixing until a soft dough forms.
- Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and shape it into a round loaf.
- Place the loaf on a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes, or until lightly golden brown.
