- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, stirring often for 6-8 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper to the skillet and cook for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Let the mixture cool slightly, then transfer to a bowl with cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and Parmesan. Mix until combined.
- Open the biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit into a round disc.
- Place a generous dollop of the beef mixture in the center of each biscuit and seal the edges.
- Arrange on a baking sheet, brush with melted butter, and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
For a crispy finish, brush the biscuit bombs with melted butter before baking. You can freeze assembled bombs for up to two months before baking.
