Description

Delicious and indulgent Cheesy Beef Biscuit Bombs featuring ground beef and gooey cheese wrapped in flaky biscuit dough.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, stirring often for 6-8 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper to the skillet and cook for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Let the mixture cool slightly, then transfer to a bowl with cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and Parmesan. Mix until combined.
  5. Open the biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit into a round disc.
  6. Place a generous dollop of the beef mixture in the center of each biscuit and seal the edges.
  7. Arrange on a baking sheet, brush with melted butter, and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

For a crispy finish, brush the biscuit bombs with melted butter before baking. You can freeze assembled bombs for up to two months before baking.
