Cheesy Beef Biscuit Bombs

Description

Delightful bites of gooey cheese and seasoned ground beef wrapped in soft biscuit dough, perfect for casual dinners or brunch.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat for 6-8 minutes until browned. Drain excess grease.
  3. Mix in garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper, cooking for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Fold in the cooled beef mixture until evenly mixed.
  7. Open the biscuit dough, separate and flatten each biscuit.
  8. Spoon filling into the center of each biscuit, then wrap and seal the edges.
  9. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, brush tops with melted butter.
  10. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Allow to cool before serving.

Notes

Serve with ranch dressing or your favorite dipping sauce. Easily stored in the refrigerator for 3 days or frozen for 2 months.
