- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat for 6-8 minutes until browned. Drain excess grease.
- Mix in garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper, cooking for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese.
- Fold in the cooled beef mixture until evenly mixed.
- Open the biscuit dough, separate and flatten each biscuit.
- Spoon filling into the center of each biscuit, then wrap and seal the edges.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, brush tops with melted butter.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
Serve with ranch dressing or your favorite dipping sauce. Easily stored in the refrigerator for 3 days or frozen for 2 months.
