  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, shredded cheese, milk, sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, onions, bell peppers, and season with salt and pepper. Mix everything well.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish and spread it evenly.
