- 2 large chicken breasts, diced
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 2 teaspoons of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup creamy garlic sauce
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Toss the diced chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Cook the seasoned chicken for about 6-8 minutes until golden and thoroughly cooked. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Lay the tortillas flat. Spread creamy garlic sauce over each tortilla.
- Evenly distribute the cooked chicken across the tortillas.
- Top with shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
- Fold each tortilla over the filling to create a wrap. Grill the wraps for 2-3 minutes on each side until the cheese melts and tortillas are golden and crispy.
- Remove from the pan, cut each wrap in half, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To make ahead, assemble and freeze before grilling.
