- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, mozzarella, cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until everything is well combined and creamy.
- Lay your tortillas flat and divide the filling evenly among them. Top with fresh spinach leaves and diced tomatoes; sprinkle with parsley if desired.
- Roll each tortilla tightly into a wrap, ensuring the filling stays intact.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and drizzle a bit of olive oil. Carefully place the wraps seam-side down in the hot skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until they’re golden brown.
- Remove from heat, slice in half, and serve while warm.
Notes
For a spicy kick, add jalapeños or use pepper jack cheese. You can prepare the filling ahead of time for freshness.
