Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup garlic aioli (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 large tortillas
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken and garlic aioli. Mix until the chicken is well-coated.
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon a portion of the chicken mixture onto the center of the tortilla.
  4. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Roll the tortilla tightly, making sure to tuck in the sides as you go.
  6. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  7. Optional: Toast the wraps in a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
