- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie chicken works great)
- 1/2 cup garlic aioli (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 large tortillas
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken and garlic aioli. Mix until the chicken is well-coated.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon a portion of the chicken mixture onto the center of the tortilla.
- Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Roll the tortilla tightly, making sure to tuck in the sides as you go.
- Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
- Optional: Toast the wraps in a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
