- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
- 4 large tortillas or wraps
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Butter or oil for cooking
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, minced garlic, sour cream, chopped parsley, and season with salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly until everything is well blended.
- Prepare the tortillas by laying them out flat and dividing the chicken mixture evenly among them.
- Generously sprinkle shredded cheese over the chicken mixture on each tortilla.
- Roll each tortilla tightly, securing the filling inside.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a bit of butter or oil.
- Place the wraps seam side down in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the skillet, slice them up, and serve warm!
Notes
For added flavor, consider using rotisserie chicken or adding sautéed bell peppers or onions.
