  • 4 large tortillas or wraps
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter or oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, minced garlic, sour cream, chopped parsley, and season with salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly until everything is well blended.
  2. Prepare the tortillas by laying them out flat and dividing the chicken mixture evenly among them.
  3. Generously sprinkle shredded cheese over the chicken mixture on each tortilla.
  4. Roll each tortilla tightly, securing the filling inside.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a bit of butter or oil.
  6. Place the wraps seam side down in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  7. Remove from the skillet, slice them up, and serve warm!
