Description

Delicious wraps filled with tender chicken, rich cheese, and zesty garlic, all encased in a flaky tortilla.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, minced garlic, and your choice of cheese. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Place a tortilla in the heated skillet and add a generous portion of the chicken mixture to one side.
  4. Fold the tortilla over to encase the filling, then cook until golden and crispy while the cheese melts, approximately 3-4 minutes on each side.
  5. Repeat this process with the remaining tortillas.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in a skillet until warmed through.
