Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, minced garlic, and your choice of cheese. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Place a tortilla in the heated skillet and add a generous portion of the chicken mixture to one side.
- Fold the tortilla over to encase the filling, then cook until golden and crispy while the cheese melts, approximately 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Repeat this process with the remaining tortillas.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in a skillet until warmed through.
