Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
- 1/2 cup garlic aioli
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 4 large tortillas
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) if baking.
- In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken and garlic aioli until the chicken is coated.
- Add shredded cheddar cheese and stir until combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Lay out a tortilla, spoon in chicken mixture, and roll tightly, tucking in the sides.
- Place seam-side down on a baking sheet for baking.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until tortillas are golden and cheese is bubbling, or pan-fry until crispy and golden.
- Remove, let cool slightly, slice in half, and serve.
