Delicious wraps filled with shredded chicken and garlic aioli, perfect for weeknight dinners or casual gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup garlic aioli
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 4 large tortillas
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) if baking.
  2. In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken and garlic aioli until the chicken is coated.
  3. Add shredded cheddar cheese and stir until combined.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Lay out a tortilla, spoon in chicken mixture, and roll tightly, tucking in the sides.
  6. Place seam-side down on a baking sheet for baking.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until tortillas are golden and cheese is bubbling, or pan-fry until crispy and golden.
  8. Remove, let cool slightly, slice in half, and serve.
