- 1 cup chopped spinach (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup artichoke hearts (canned or frozen, drained and chopped)
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chips, bread, or veggies for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix until smooth.
- Stir in the chopped spinach, artichokes, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese until well combined.
- Transfer the dip mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips, sliced baguette, or fresh veggies.
Notes
If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. For longer storage, you can freeze the dip in a sealed container.
