Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef along with diced onion and minced garlic until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in the cream cheese, paprika, salt, and pepper, blending until melted and smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream until combined.
- Spread the beef mixture evenly into a greased baking dish.
- Pour the egg mixture over the meat.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly across the top.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until set and the cheese is golden.
- Allow to cool slightly before garnishing with chopped parsley or green onions, if desired.
