Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the shredded mozzarella and grated parmesan cheese in a large bowl. Mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, adding a pinch of salt and pepper.
  4. Form the cheese mixture into golf ball-sized bites.
  5. Dip each bite into the egg mixture, then roll it in the breadcrumbs until fully coated.
  6. Place the coated bites on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
