- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine the shredded mozzarella and grated parmesan cheese in a large bowl. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, adding a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Form the cheese mixture into golf ball-sized bites.
- Dip each bite into the egg mixture, then roll it in the breadcrumbs until fully coated.
- Place the coated bites on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
Notes
