- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1 package of crescent roll dough
- Taco toppings (sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, guacamole)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven according to the crescent roll package instructions.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned and drain excess fat.
- Add the taco seasoning and a splash of water, mixing well and simmer for a few minutes.
- Roll out the crescent dough and separate it into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of beef mixture and shredded cheese on each triangle.
- Roll the dough from the wide end around the filling to create sticks.
- Arrange the rolled sticks on a baking sheet and bake until golden brown.
- Serve warm with your choice of taco toppings.
