Description

A creamy, comforting casserole that combines tender chicken, fluffy rice, and rich Alfredo sauce, all baked to golden perfection.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup peas (frozen or fresh)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the cooked rice, shredded chicken, and peas.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream, minced garlic, grated Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Stir well until everything is combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a greased casserole dish, spreading it out evenly.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine the breadcrumbs with the melted butter and mix until well-coated.
  6. Sprinkle the buttery breadcrumbs over the top of the casserole.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is crispy and golden.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving and enjoy!
