Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup peas (frozen or fresh)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the cooked rice, shredded chicken, and peas.
- Pour in the heavy cream, minced garlic, grated Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Stir well until everything is combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased casserole dish, spreading it out evenly.
- In a separate bowl, combine the breadcrumbs with the melted butter and mix until well-coated.
- Sprinkle the buttery breadcrumbs over the top of the casserole.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is crispy and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving and enjoy!
Notes
