			- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
 - 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
 - 1 cup heavy cream
 - 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - Chopped parsley for garnish
 
Instructions
- Boil water in a large pot. Add the fettuccine and cook according to package instructions. Drain the pasta and set aside.
 - Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through. Remove the chicken and slice it into strips.
 - Add minced garlic to the same skillet and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
 - Pour in the heavy cream, bringing it to a gentle simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
 - Add the drained fettuccine to the skillet and toss until coated with the sauce.
 - Place the fettuccine on a plate, top with sliced chicken, and garnish with chopped parsley.
 
Notes
Pair with garlic bread or a fresh salad for a complete meal. Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best flavor.
