Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups diced cooked chicken
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
- 8 ounces cooked and diced thick-cut bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheddar jack cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2–3 burrito-size tortillas
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and ranch seasoning. Mix until smooth and well blended.
- Gently fold in the diced cooked chicken, cooked bacon, shredded cheese, and any additional salt and pepper for flavor.
- Lay out 2 to 3 burrito-size tortillas on a clean surface.
- Evenly spread the chicken and bacon mixture over each tortilla, leaving a small margin at the edges for easier rolling.
- Tightly roll each tortilla into a cylinder, placing the seam side down on a plate. Refrigerate for about 10 minutes to firm up.
- After chilling, slice each roll into roughly 1-inch thick pinwheels.
- Arrange them on a serving platter and enjoy!
