500 gr. chicken fillets
Onion, garlic, pepper, oil
1 egg
Bread crunches
Vegetable spice
Preparation:
Grind chicken fillets; add vegetable spice, chopped onion, garlic, egg and bread crunches. Mix well and leave the mixture for 1 hour.
Shape the burgers and fry them on each side about 5 minutes.
Serve it on serving dish with potatoes and salad at will
This recipe goes well with beer.
