Description

A quick and satisfying meal that combines the classic flavors of a Caesar salad with crispy flatbread, perfect for busy weeknights or casual gatherings.


Ingredients

  • Flatbread
  • Cooked chicken, shredded
  • Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Caesar dressing
  • Olive oil
  • Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven or air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet or in the air fryer basket.
  3. Drizzle olive oil generously over the flatbread, then sprinkle with black pepper.
  4. Layer the shredded chicken evenly on top of the flatbread.
  5. Spread the chopped romaine and sprinkle the grated parmesan cheese over everything.
  6. Drizzle Caesar dressing on top for plenty of flavor.
  7. Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes or air fry for 5-7 minutes, until the edges are crispy and the cheese is melted.
  8. Remove from heat, slice into portions, and serve immediately.

Notes

You can easily swap out the flatbread for a whole wheat version or a gluten-free option if dietary needs require it.
