Ingredients
- Flatbread
- Cooked chicken, shredded
- Romaine lettuce, chopped
- Parmesan cheese, grated
- Caesar dressing
- Olive oil
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven or air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the flatbread on a baking sheet or in the air fryer basket.
- Drizzle olive oil generously over the flatbread, then sprinkle with black pepper.
- Layer the shredded chicken evenly on top of the flatbread.
- Spread the chopped romaine and sprinkle the grated parmesan cheese over everything.
- Drizzle Caesar dressing on top for plenty of flavor.
- Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes or air fry for 5-7 minutes, until the edges are crispy and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from heat, slice into portions, and serve immediately.
Notes
You can easily swap out the flatbread for a whole wheat version or a gluten-free option if dietary needs require it.
