- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup cauliflower rice
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the shredded chicken, broccoli, cauliflower rice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Mix the cream and chicken broth together in a separate bowl until well combined.
- Pour the cream mixture over the chicken and vegetable mix, stirring well to ensure everything is evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased casserole dish and top with the shredded cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For a low-carb version, replace cauliflower rice with more veggies. Feel free to add spices or different toppings based on preference.
