Instructions
- In a large pot, combine the coconut milk, chicken broth, laksa paste, fish sauce, and sugar. Bring to a boil while stirring occasionally.
- Once boiling, add the rice noodles and cook as per package instructions until tender.
- Gently stir in the cooked, shredded chicken and let it simmer for a few minutes to meld the flavors.
- Serve hot, garnishing with fresh cilantro, bean sprouts, and lime wedges.
