Instructions
- Mix olive oil, cumin, paprika, turmeric, cinnamon, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Add the chicken thighs, ensuring they are well-coated with the marinade. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and browned.
- In another bowl, combine minced garlic, yogurt, tahini, and lemon juice to create a creamy garlic sauce.
- Slice the cooked chicken and serve it in pita bread or flatbreads, adding fresh vegetables and a generous drizzle of garlic sauce.
