Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Add the chicken cubes to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well-coated.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for maximum flavor.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
- Grill the skewers for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked and has nice grill marks.
Notes
