Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into cubes

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  2. Add the chicken cubes to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well-coated.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for maximum flavor.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
  5. Grill the skewers for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked and has nice grill marks.

Notes
